RQ513 - Inventory Depletion Interface-HBOC/ESI

Run this program to load a file of case cart item usage from an HBOC/ESI
surgery scheduling system.  The input file must be built in HL7 (Health Level
7) format. This interface program creates an output file in Lawson format for
input to RQ500 (Requisition Interface).

Note: To import a file of inventory item requests from an HBOC/SSG, Atwork,
or DeRoyal Business Systems surgery scheduling system, run RQ510 (Inventory
Depletion Interface).
