RW10.2 - Account Rows

Use RW10.2 (Account Rows) to define an account type row file. For each row,
you define individual row detail lines.

Choose the New Row button to open the Define Accounts Row subform. Use this
subform to define a new row name, a description for the row, and assign a
folder where you want to store row information. You can choose the Copy button
to open the Row copy subform. Use this subform to create a new row by copying
an existing one.

Choose the Line Copy button to open the Line Copy subform. Use this subform to
create a new row by copying another one.

Choose the More button to define additional row options.




Updated Files

    RWHEADER   - This file stores row header information maintained by this
                 program.


    RWROWDET   - This file stores a row's detail account or accounting unit
                 detail.

RW10.3 - Level Rows

Use RW10.3 (Level Rows) to define an organizational level type row file. For
each row, you must define individual row detail lines.

Choose the New Row button to open the Define Level Row subform. Use this
subform to define a new row name, description, and assign a folder where you
want to store row information. You can choose the Copy button to open the Row
copy subform. Use this subform to create a new row by copying another one.

Choose the Line Copy button to open the Line Copy subform. Use this subform to
create a new row by copying another one.

Choose the More button to define additional row options.

Use RW10.4 (Both Rows) to define a row file with both accounts and levels.
For each row, you define individual row detail lines.

Choose the New Row button to open the Define Level Row subform. Use this
subform to define a new row name, description, and assign a folder where you
want to store row information. You can choose the Copy button to open the Row
copy subform. Use this subform to create a new row by copying another one.

Choose the Line Copy button to open the Line Copy subform. Use this subform to
create a new row by copying another one.

Choose the More button to define additional row options.

Use RW10.6 (Additional Information) to select additional information for each
organizational level row line.

Use the Levels form tab to define additional organizational level information
to be included in the row line.

Use the Options form tab to define additional row options, including spacing,
sign reversal, whether to print the line, how it affects the total, if the
line is a debit or credit, assigning different formats, headings, or include a
detail group.

Use RW10.8 (Row Copy) to create a new row by copying an existing one. This
provides a fast way to duplicate row information without having to redefine
new rows.
