RW70.1 - Total Names

Use RW70.1 (Total Names) to define total names and calculate ratios. A total
name includes a company, company group, level group, accounts, and
subaccounts. You can calculate the total name to  produce a total value.

Use the Main form tab to assign a folder to the total name, the total name
value, and a budget number. Choose the Values button to open the Total Value
subform. Use this subform to calculate and inquire on total name values.

Use the Single Ranges form tab to define a total name for a single company,
accounting unit, account, or subaccount.

Use the Multiple Ranges form tab to define a total name using a total range.




Updated Files

    RATOTALS   - This file is updated with total name values.

    ULTOTALS   - Used to store totals for an accounting unit list and an
                 account range.

    GLADDRESS  - Used by a common routine.  This file is not used by this
                 program.

    GLSYSTEM   - Used to validate companies.

    MXLISTHDR  - Used to validate accounting unit lists.

    MXLISTMBR  - Used to access accounting units associated with an accounting
                 unit list.


    RWGRPDET   - Used to validate level, account, or subaccount groups.

    RWHEADER   - Used to validate total ranges.

    RWROWDET   - Used to validate usage of Report Writer row detail.

    RWUSER     - Used to validate authorized users.

    ULPOST     - Used to access last posting date and time.


RW70.2 - Total Value

Use RW70.2 (Total Value) to inquire on calculated total name values for each
period and year.

Run RW270 (Total Name Listing) or RW100 (Report Generation) to calculate total
values.
