TA265 - History Usage Report

Run TA265 (History Usage Report) to create a report of usage transactions for
a time accrual plan. You can define report parameters to include only specific
employees or a range of employees on the report. You can enter beginning and
ending dates, to include in the report only usage transactions for the
specified date range.

    DEPTCODE   - The Department file is used to validate departments.

    EMPLOYEE   - The Employee file is used to validate employees and to print
                 employee information on the report.

                 transactions for each employee's plan.

    HRSECLEV   - The Employee Security Level file determines field level
                 security by company.

    PLANMASTER - The Time Accrual Plan file is used to reference master plan
                 information.
