TA65.1 - Plan Balance Inquiry

Use TA65.1 (Employee Plan Inquiry) to display the accrual and eligible
balances of employees enrolled in a time accrual plan. The accrual and
eligible balances include all accrued and eligible hours as of the last closed
time accrual cycle.
