WF140 - Completed Work Unit to History Conversion

Use WF140 (Completed Work Unit to History Conversion) to convert completed
work unit data to history
files and then delete them from the active files. This conversion can be
limited by service and procedures.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - The CKPOINT file is batch process recovery file. This file
                 contains the number of the last records
                 processed.
