WH225 - MSDS Listing

Run this program to list the customers who have received the Material Safety
Data Sheet (MSDS) for items that require it.  The program is meant to
facilitate sending corrected and updated MSDS forms.

    ITEMMAST   - Used to validate the Inventory Control item.

    MSDSACK    - Used to store the Material Safety Data Sheet acknowledgement
                 date.

    SHIPTO     - Used to verify the customer ship-to address.
