The Accrual Schedule file is used to determine

- when hours begin to accrue,
- whether the accrual cycle adjusts to the payroll cycle, and
- whether the accrual cycle is based on hours or a formula.

ACS-CALC-NAME        Alpha 10                                    TA20.2
Calculation Name     Contains the calculation for the
                     accrual cycle. This field works with the
                     Thru Cycle field.

ACS-MAX-ACCRUAL      Signed 9.4                                  TA20.2
Maximum Accrual      Contains the maximum hours employees
                     can accrue during this accrual cycle.
                     This field is used only when a
                     calculation has been selected.
