TA20.1 - Plan

Use TA20.1 (Plan) to define time accrual plan parameters.

    ACCRSCHED  - The Accrual Schedule file is used to update accrual schedule
                 for a plan.

    ACTRLIMIT  - The Accrual Transaction Limit file is used to establish
                 accrual and eligible limits.

    PLANMASTER - The Time Accrual Plan file is the primary file maintained by
                 this program.

    EMTAMASTR  - The Employee Time Accrual Account Master file is used to
                 ensure that no employees are enrolled in a time accrual plan
                 before that time accrual plan is deleted.

    PERSGROUP  - The Employee Group Header file is used to validate employee
                 groups.

    PLANCLASS  - The Plan Class file is used to determine which time accrual
                 plan balances are printed on payments.

                 company.


TA20.2 - Accrual Schedule

Use TA20.2 (Accrual Schedule) to define how often hours accrue for a time
accrual plan, the date from which accrual begins for an employee, the amount
accrued, and whether or not the accrual is adjusted to the payroll cycle.

    PLANMASTER - The Time Accrual Plan file is the primary file maintained by
                 this program.

    EMTAMASTR  - The Employee Time Accrual Master file is used to ensure that
                 no employee plans are set up before allowing a delete of a
                 master plan.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to validate the
                 company.

    TAFORMULA  - The Time Accrual Formula file contains the formulas if present
                 to calculate accrual and eligible hours.


TA20.3 - Accrual Limit

Use TA20.3 (Accrual Limit) to define accrual limits, that determine the
maximum amount of hours employees can carry in their accrual balance. Accrual
limits are effective through a specific period of time called a limit cycle.

You define how often the system checks accrual balances against the limit and
whether the system edits balances automatically or on your request. For
information on checking accrual limits, see the Time Accrual Procedures
Manual.

Note  If the plan's accrual hours equal eligible hours, the system checks
accrued and eligible hours using the accrual limit.

TA20.4 - Transfer Schedule

Use TA20.4 (Transfer Schedule) to define when employees can use their accrual
hours. Do not use this program if the plan's eligible hours equal accrued
hours; in other words, if you selected Yes in the Eligible Equal Accrual field
in TA20.1 (Plan).

TA20.5 - Eligibility Limit

Use TA20.5 (Eligibility Limit) to define eligibility limits. Eligibility
limits determine the maximum number of hours employees can carry in their
eligible balance. Eligibility limits are effective through a specific period
of time called a limit cycle.

You define how often the system checks eligible balances against the limit,
and whether the system edits balances automatically or on your request. The
system checks accrued and eligible hours using the accrual limit. For more
information on checking eligibility limits, see the Time Accrual Procedures
Manual.

Do not use this program if the plan's eligible hours equal accrued hours; in
other words, if you selected Yes in the Eligible Equal Accrual field in TA20.1
(Plan).
