ACTRANSREL FILE Activity Transaction Relation This file is used in conversion of non-Lawson activity transactions to the Lawson Activity Management system. It includes the Run Group and Sequence Number fields, which organize transaction records for conversion and interfacing. Run Group and Sequence Number are the keys to the file. They should be used to group records together for interfacing. TRR-SEQ-NUMBER Numeric 6 AC54.1 Sequence Number Required. The Sequence number is a unique number assigned to each transaction to be transferred into the Lawson system. TRR-OLD-ACTIVITY Alpha 35 AC54.1 Old Activity Required. This is the old activity or project, to be associated with a new activity. If you are not upgrading and want to interface data on a regular basis, you can enter a valid activity in this field. TRR-ACCT-CATEGORY Alpha 5 AC54.1 Account Category Required. This is the account category for the transaction. TRR-POSTING-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) AC54.1 Posting Date Required. This is the posting date assigned to the transaction. TRR-SYSTEM Alpha 2 AC54.1 System Code Required. This is the system code for the transaction. The system code is a two-character code representing an application used within the Lawson system. (i.e.: GL = General Ledger, AP = Accounts Payable, etc.) TRR-COMPANY Numeric 4 AC54.1 Company This is the company number for the transaction. Y = Yes N = No TRR-SHORT-OLD-ACT Derived Old Activity Short This is the short description for the Description old activity. TRR-BILLABLE-AMT Signed 15.2 AC54.1 Billable Amt This field indicates the billable amount for the transaction. TRR-BILLABLE-UNIT Signed 15.2 AC54.1 Billable Unit This field indicates the number of billable units for the transaction. TRR-SEGMENT-BLOCK Alpha 103 AC54.1 User Analysis This field identifies the user analysis values included in the transaction. You can either type up to four values or use Define (F6) to open the User Analysis Entry subform. Use this subform to select the user analysis values you want to include in the transaction. If you choose to type values, use commas to separate them. For example: value1,value2,value3,value4 There are three conditions that affect how you can select user analysis values.
