Beneficiary
The Beneficiary file contains information about the employee's primary and
contingent beneficiaries for disability, employee life/AD&D, defined
contribution, and defined benefit plans. The employee must have a benefit of
the type and plan code to add the beneficiary record.
BN47.1 (Beneficiary) is the primary program that updates this file.

Percent or Amount Indicates whether the payment to the
Indicator beneficiary is a percent or a flat
dollar amount.
A = Amount
P = Percent

Payment Amount Contains the percent or dollar amount
to be paid to the beneficiary.
BNF-PRIM-CNTGNT Numeric 1 BN47.1
Primary Contingent Indicates whether the beneficiary is
Indicator primary or contingent.
1 = Primary
2 = Contingent
