The AR Bill of Exchange Comment file contains comments about bills of
exchange. Bill of exchange comments are updated in DT17 (BOE Comments) via
DT42 (Bill of Exchange Maintenance) and AR72 (Credit Transaction Review).

Ending Date          The last date the bill of exchange
                     comment is valid. If left blank, the
                     system adds 14 days to the beginning
                     date to default an ending date.
