DT17.1 - Bill of Exchange Comments

Use the Bill of Exchange Comments subform to define comments for a bill of
exchange.

Each entry using the Add form action creates a comment block which can be
made up of one comment line or a form of comment lines. The system assigns the
same creation date and time to each comment line in a comment block. Comment
blocks display in descending creation date and time order and, within a block,
in the order you entered the comment lines.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart purposes.

    DTCOMMENT  - Primary file created by the program.
