Pay Group Name       Defines which employees are eligible for
                     the pay rate table. Can be different
                     than the employee group defined for
                     eligibility.

PGA-AMT-PCT          Alpha 1                                     UK10.4
Amt Pct              Defines if the rates being entered are
                     amounts of percents. An amount is an
                     actual rate of pay. If a percent is
                     entered, the system performs a
                     calculation to determine the current
                     rate of pay.
                     A = Amount
                     P = Percent

From Date            Contains the point at which the system
                     starts determining which pay level the
                     employee is at.
                     HI = Hire Date
                     AJ = Adjusted Hire Date
                     AN = Anniversary Date
                     SN = Seniority Date
                     X = User Exit
