                     For selection S (Employee Paid), the
                     system subtracts the deduction from the
                     employee's gross pay.

                     system adds the deduction to the
                     employee's net pay. Use type A for
                     earned income credit deductions.

                     C (Company Paid) deductions do not
                     affect the employee's gross pay.
