                     assigned a unique number. The system
                     uses the employee number to correlate
                     all of the information related to that
                     person.

From Plan Name       This field contains the plan name.

TEL-PL-ENTRY-DATE    Numeric 8  (yyyymmdd)                       UK120   UK60.1
Plan Entry Date      Contains the employee entry date, which
                     cannot be prior to the plan effective
                     date or after the plan end date.

TEL-PL-END-DATE      Numeric 8  (yyyymmdd)                       UK120   UK60.1
Plan End Date        Contains the employee end date.
                     Processing will not occur after the
                     employee end date.
