WFOBJECT FILE

                            Workflow Object

The Workflow Object file defines objects connected to the Workflow Management
system. The object definition includes identifying associated forms and the
number of key fields needed to search for a unique object record.

Object               The name of the object. Objects are
                     defined on WF04.1 (Object Definition).

WFO-DESCRIPTION      Alpha 30  (Lower Case)
Description          A description of the object.

WFO-KEY-FIELDS       Numeric 2
Key Fields           This field specifies the number of key
                     fields required to search for a unique
                     record.

WFO-KEY-NAME         Alpha 15 Occurs 10 Times
Key Name             The name of a key field. Key fields
                     must be specified in the same order they
                     were defined on the form.

WFO-KEY-SIZE         Numeric 2 Occurs 10 Times
Key Size             The size of the key field. The default
                     size for alphabetic fields is 20
                     characters long and numeric fields are
                     18 characters long.

WFO-FIELD-TYPE       Alpha 1 Occurs 10 Times
Field Type           This field specifies whether the field
                     is alphabetic or numeric format.
                     A = Alpha
                     N = Numeric
