Directory Id

DTP-SYSTEM           Alpha 2
System Code          A two-character code representing an
                     application used within the Lawson
                     system. (i.e.: GL = General Ledger, AP =
                     Accounts Payable, etc.)

DTP-COMPANY          Numeric 4
Company              The company number represents an
                     established company and is entered on
                     all function codes.

DTP-EMPLOYEE         Numeric 9
Employee             Contains the employee number. Each
                     person employed by the company is
                     assigned a unique number. The system
                     uses the employee number to correlate
                     all of the information related to that
                     person.

DTP-VENDOR-GROUP     Alpha 4
Vendor Group         A vendor group represents a group of
                     vendors that can be shared by one or
                     more companies.

DTP-VENDOR           Alpha 9
Vendor ID            The vendor's identification code.



DTP-CUST-GROUP       Alpha 5
Customer Group       Customer group. Used to identify a
                     group of customer associated with one or
                     more companies.

DTP-CUSTOMER         Alpha 9  (Right Justified)
Customer Number      This field contains the number that
                     represents a customer.

DTP-BUYER-CODE       Alpha 3
Buyer Code           The user defined buyer identifier.

DTP-REQUESTER        Alpha 10  (Lower Case)
Requester            This is the person who requested this
                     requisition.

DTP-WEB-USER         Alpha 15  (Lower Case)
Web User

DTP-DATE             Numeric 8  (yyyymmdd)
Date                 This field contains the system date
                     when this was created.

DTP-TIME             Numeric 8
Time                 This field is updated automatically to
                     indicate the time that the GL entry was
                     created. It is system-maintained.
