Workflow Roles
The Workflow Roles file defines roles. Roles are assigned to users to define
their place in Enterprise Workflow. Queues carry work to the role. Each role
can have more than one queue. Roles are assigned to users as part of the User
Profile Definition.

Role The name of the role. Roles are defined
on WF08.1 (Role Definition).
WFE-DESCRIPTION Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Description The description of the role.
WFE-COMPANY Numeric 4
Company The company number. This number can be
taken from the Human Resources system.
WFE-POSITION-NBR Alpha 12
Position Contains a code that you define to
represent a position within the company.
Positions are used to budget
the number of employees working in the
company, to budget employee FTE factors,
and for reports and
totals.
WFE-ROLE-SUPRVISOR Alpha 15
Role Suprvisor The supervisor assigned to a role. This
is a value used to escalate tasks if the
task is not completed in a
user-defined time frame.
WFE-DEPARTMENT Alpha 5
Department The department as defined in the Human
Resources system.
WFE-PROCESS-LEVEL Alpha 5
Process Level The process level as defined in the
Human Resources system.
WFE-USER-LEVEL Alpha 10
User Level A user level as defined in the Human
Resources system.
WFE-JOB-CODE Alpha 9
Job Code The job code as defined in the Human
Resources system.
