WFSERVICE FILE
Workflow Service
The Workflow Service file describes services that are performed by agents in
Enterprise Workflow; for example, an invoice approval service. Each service is
associated with a procedure in the Workflow Agent file.

WFS-SERVICE Alpha 15 (Lower Case)
Service A unique service that an agent performs
on an object to accomplish work in
Enterprise Workflow. For
example, an invoice approval service.
Services are defined on WF05.1 (Service
Definition).
WFS-DESCRIPTION Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Description A description of the service.
WFS-ALL-PROCSTATUS Numeric 1
All Procstatus This field indicates the current status
of the service for the given criteria.
1 = Enabled
2 = Disabled
WFS-CRITERIA-NAME Alpha 15 (Lower Case)
Criteria Name Occurs 3 Times
This is a criteria used to determine
the status of service. Based on the
criteria, a service can be enabled or
disabled.
There can be up to three criteria
identified.
WFS-WRITE-HISTORY Alpha 1
Write History This field determines whether or not
history records are created for work
units that use the service.
Y = Yes
N = No
WFS-DEFINED-BY Alpha 1
Defined By This field displays whether the service
is a Lawson provided service or a client
defined service. This
feature allows the system to upgrade
the Lawson provided services without
affecting the client defined
services.
L = Lawson
N = Non-Lawson
