AM91.1 - Leased Asset Book Analysis
**Form purpose
Use Leased Asset Book Analysis (AM91.1) to display leased and non-leased
asset book information by asset, in-service date, basis value, and book value.
For leased assets this form also displays the lease obligation amount and the
difference between the total asset value and the lease obligation.
**Required fields
The Book and Company fields are required to display any asset information. To
display leased asset information, the Company, Lease fields are also required.
**Decision/impact
- Use the Location, Division, Type, Asset Group, and In Service Date fields
to limit the assets displayed to assets associated with a division, an asset
type or subtype, an asset group, or a range of in-service dates.
- Choose the Total Asset button to display the total basis and book value
amounts for the assets included in the analysis.
- Choose the Filter button to enable the filter and set further parameters
for the display. An asterisk next to button displays when the filter is
enabled.
- Choose the Salvage button to display book basis, salvage value, and book
value amounts for the assets included in the analysis.
- Choose the Depr (Depreciation) button to display period, year-to-date, and
life-to-date depreciation for the assets included in the analysis.

**Form purpose
This subform displays totals for the leased asset book analysis online
forms. Depending on the form from which it is called, the Total subform
displays different information.
- If chosen on Leased Asset Book Analysis (AM91.1), the subform displays
total basis and book value amounts for the assets included in the analysis.
- If chosen on Leased Asset Book Salvage Analysis (AM91.4), the subform
displays book basis, salvage value, and book value amounts for the assets
included in the analysis.
- If chosen on Leased Asset Book Depreciation Analysis (AM91.5), the subform
displays period, year-to-date, and life-to-date depreciation for the assets
included in the analysis.

**Form purpose
Use this subform to select parameters that limit the number of assets
displayed on Leased Asset Book Analysis (AM91.1), Leased Asset Book Salvage
Analysis (AM91.4), or Leased Asset Book Depreciation Analysis (AM91.5).
**Decision/impact
To enable the filter and have it impact your display, you must select Y
(Enabled) in the Enable Filter field. The default is no filter.

**Form purpose
Use Leased Asset Book Salvage Analysis (AM91.4) to display leased and
non-leased asset book salvage information by asset, basis value, salvage
value, and book value. For leased assets this form also displays the lease

**Form purpose
Use Leased Asset Book Depreciation Analysis (AM91.5) to display period,
year-to-date, and life-to-date depreciation information on assets. For leased
assets this form also displays the lease obligation amount and the difference
between the total asset value and the lease obligation.
