AM99.1 - Transaction Balance Update
This program is used to create the initial beginning account balances after
conversion that are used for AM270 (Account Balance Report). AM190 (Period
Close) automatically creates beginning-of-year account balances for all
subsequent years processed by the Asset Management system.

AMTRANSUMM - Used to store summary records of asset activity by general
ledger account for a fiscal year.
