BN30.1 - Benefit Process Order
Use BN30.1 (Benefit Process Order) to define an order in which plan types
display on benefit entry forms. BN100 (Employee Benefit Change) and BN101
(Mass Benefit Add) use process order records to determine the order in which
an employee is enrolled in benefit plans. An employee's process order also
determines how an employee's flex dollars are spent for benefits under a flex
plan.
You can define sequences for a company, a process level, or an employee. The
system uses sequences in the following order: employee, process level,
company. For example, if a company-wide sequence is defined for ABC Foods and
a sequence exists for an employee, the system uses the sequence for the
employee.
