FB122 - Budget Version
Run FB122 (Budget Version) to make copies of existing budgets, while keeping
the integrity of the original. This lets you make different versions of the
original budget. For example, you could have budget one with six different
versions.
You can only maintain and modify the current budget version. Once you make a
new version, you cannot change old versions. Use FB95 (Budget Analysis) to
compare past budget versions with another version and FB295 (Budget Analysis
Report) to print them.
You can also use this program to delete specific version numbers.
You can use FB220 (Budget Listing) to view specific budget versions or all
versions for specific budget.
Updated Files
CKPOINT - Used for restart capability.
FBDETAIL - This file is updated with calculated budget balances created
by this program.
FBDTLHIST - This file stores the budget detail version information.
FBHEADER - This file is updated with the last calculated budget date.
FBHISTHDR - This file stores the budget header information for a version.
GLCONSOL - This file is updated with consolidated budget balances.
