GL107 - Country Code Load

Run GL107 (Country Code Load) to load available Intrastat Country Codes,
including the country codes, numeric codes, and descriptions. Use these codes
in IN01.1 (Country Maintenance).

This is an optional prerequisite that is used to update intrastat country
codes associated with Lawson Insight II programs.
