PA212 - Emergency Contact Listing
**Form Purpose
Run Emergency Contact Listing (PA212) to print a list of emergency contacts
for employees from PA12.1 (Emergency Contact).
The list shows for each employee: the emergency contact's name, address,
relationship to the employee, and home and work telephone numbers.
