RQ140 - Requisition Status Report
**Form Purpose
Run Requisition Status Report (RQ140) to print an audit report of all
requisitions based on the entered parameters. (A requisition is considered
closed if all the lines have been closed.) The system automatically considers
the requisition to be fully closed from a requisitions perspective once all
the requisition lines have completed processing in the Purchase Order or
Warehouse applications.
The report can be run for the entire company, a specific requesting location
and/or for those unapproved requisitions.
