WO510 - Forecast Demand Interface

**Form Purpose
Run Forecast Demand Interface (WO510) to create forecast demand in the Work
Order system from a Comma-Separated Value (CSV) file. Information required in
the CSV file for each work order forecast demand record to create is: company,
location, finished good item identifier, quantity, need by date.
