AM245 - Item Disposal Report
**Form Purpose
Run Item Disposal Report (AM245) to print a report of the items disposed of
during a specified disposal date range or all recent disposals not yet
updated. You can print transfers for simulated assets, either exclusively or
in addition to non-simulated assets. Since this report is for items, no asset
book information is applicable. This report includes the item cost, tax,
creator ID and creation date for each asset. The report to run for asset
disposals is AM240 (Disposal Report).

Referenced Files

contains historical asset information related to disposals. It
is updated by AM40.1 (Disposals).
AMASTITDSP - Used to retrieve asset item disposal information. This file
contains historical asset item information related to
disposals.
AMASTITEM - Used to retrieve asset item information for disposal items.
Used to store asset item records. Each Asset Item file record
has one related record in the Asset file.
AMASTMXVAL - Used to retrieve asset attribute values.
AMASTTYPE - Used to validate asset type information.
AMCONTROL - Used to validate that the company is used by the Asset
Management system.
AMDIVISION - Used to validate division information.
AMDSPPROP - Used to validate the disposal property.
AMLOCATION - Used to validate location information.
