BL215 - Recurring User List
**Form Purpose
Run Recurring User List (BL215) to print a list of users that have authority
for adding items or add-on charges to recurring invoices.
If you did not select the Control Recurring Charge Entry flag at the company
level and then select users with BL15.1 (Recurring Invoice User), no users
will print on the listing.
