GL16.1 - Summary Account Attributes
**Form Purpose
Use Summary Account Attributes (GL16.1) to assign attribute values to a
summary account. Only user-defined attributes defined for the Accounting Unit
(ACCTU) object type in Attributes (MX00.1) display.
Attributes assigned to the summary account default to each detail account.
You can override the attributes for each detail account using the Att button
in Detail Accounts (GL00.3).
You can assign a template to the summary account. The template is a group of
attribute values for an object type. You can use a template to quickly and
consistently assign attribute values. The template is defined in Attribute
Template (MX05.1).

**Form Purpose
Use Detail Account Attributes (GL16.2) to assign attribute values to a detail
account. Only user-defined attributes defined for the Account (ACCNT) object
type in Attributes (MX00.1) display.
Attributes assigned to the summary account default to each detail account.
You can override the attributes for each detail account using this subform.
You can assign a template to the detail account. The template is a group of
attribute values for an object type. You can use a template to quickly and
consistently assign attribute values. The template is defined in Attribute
Template (MX05.1).

**Form Purpose
Use Summary Account Values by attribute (GL16.3) to assign attribute values
from a user-defined attribute to multiple summary accounts within the chart.
You can only select user-defined attributes values for the Accounting Unit
(ACCTU) object type attributes defined in Attributes (MX00.1).
Unlike Summary Account Attributes (GL16.1), all summary accounts for a chart
display and you can include attribute values from only one attribute.

GL16.4 - Detail Account Values by Attributes
**Form Purpose
Use Detail Account Values by Attributes (GL16.4) to assign attribute values
from a user-defined attribute to multiple detail accounts within the chart.
You can only select user-defined attributes values for the Account (ACCNT)
object type attributes defined in Attributes (MX00.1). Unlike Detail Account
Attributes (GL16.2), all detail accounts for a chart display and you can
include attribute values from only one attribute.
