RQ39.1 - Serial Feedback
**Form Purpose
Use Serial Feedback (RQ39.1) to maintain returned serial numbers and bins.
When you use RQ35.1 (Requisition Returns) to enter returns for serial number
tracked items, the application transfers to this form. You can only use this
form for serial number tracked items.
Note Total picked quantities cannot be greater than total allocated
quantities.

RQ39.2 - Lot Feedback
**Form Purpose
Use Lot Feedback (RQ39.2) to enter lot and bin numbers for returned items.
When you use RQ35.1 (Requisition Returns) to enter returns for lot tracked
items, the application transfers you to RQ39.3 (Bin/UOM Feedback). This form
displays default company, requisition number, and line number values.
Note The total picked quantities cannot be greater than total allocated
quantities.
**More Information
You can enter multiple UOM details for one line or change the UOM (Unit of
Measure).
- In the UOM field, enter any valid UOM. However, the line is "in balance"
only when the total of the detail lines equals the line entered quantity based
on the stock UOM.
- To redisplay RQ39.2 (Lot Feedback), display a document in RQ35.1
(Requisition Returns). Then, select the X (Select) line action.

RQ39.3 - Bin Feedback
**Form Purpose
Use Bin Feedback (RQ39.3) to
- add more return information for a bin tracked item.
- enter multiple UOM (Unit of Measure) details for one line or change the UOM.
When you use RQ35.1 (Requisition Returns) to enter returns for bin tracked
items, the application transfers you to RQ39.3. This form displays default
company, requisition number, and line number values.
Note Total picked quantities cannot be greater than total allocated
quantities.
When you use RQ39.1 to enter multiple UOM (Unit of Measure) details for one
line or change the UOM, enter any valid UOM in the UOM field. However, the
line is "in balance" only when the total of the detail lines equals the line
entered quantity based on the stock UOM.
