TP01.1 - Direct Tipped Jobs

Use TP01.1 (Direct Tipped Jobs) to define the jobs that only receive direct
tips. TP135 references this list of jobs when a tipped employee has earnings
but does not report tips for a pay period. TP135 then creates a record with
the accurate data for the employee.
