is a work-in-process asset.
Work-in-process assets are real but not
yet complete. If this field is Yes, the
asset is on hold and cannot be released.

Element: Tax Exempt This field indicates whether the asset
is tax exempt. The default is No.

Element: Currency Code This is the base currency defined for
the company in the Lawson General Ledger
system.

disposing of assets. Changes to
accounting unit groups are dynamic,

accounting unit groups are set up by
company.

Depreciation Activities are the processes or
Expense Activity procedures that produce work. Cost
objects (products, services, customers,
and so on) are the reasons for
performing the activity.

Depr Expense Account categories are groupings of
Account Category costs, revenues, or a combination of
both used for reporting and inquiries
for activities in the Activity
Management system. All transactions are
posted to an account category within an
activity. You can assign a specific
General Ledger account or range of
accounts (company, accounting unit,
account, and subaccount) that make up
the transactions posted to an account
category using AC07.1 (Account
Assignment).
Period-to-date, year-to-date, and
life-to-date balances are maintained by
account category for activities. Account
categories must be assigned to
activities before you do any budgeting
or transaction processing.
Valid account category types are:
cost
revenue
accrual
pass thru
ACN-INV-FLAG Alpha 1 AM96.1
Element: Inv Flag This field indicates whether the asset
should be included as part of the
physical inventory. If it is not part
of the physical inventory, the asset
will be ignored in inventory
reconciliation reports. Valid values
are:
Y = Yes
N = No
ACN-ASSET-OWNER Alpha 10 AM96.1
Element: Asset Owner This field contains the name of the
person responsible for tracking and
managing the asset.
ACN-CLASSIFICATION Alpha 1 AM96.1
Element: ClassificationThis field indicates whether the asset
is purchased, associated with an
operating lease, or associated with a
capital lease. Valid values are:
P = Purchased
C = Capital
O = Operating
