Element: Item Quantity Item quantity is the number of units
that make up the asset item.

Item Cost Base This is the cost for the item in
Currency General Ledger base currency.
ITC-ITEM-TAX-BASE Signed 18.2 AM97.1
Item Tax Base This is the tax on the item in General
Currency Ledger base currency.
ITC-ITEM-COST-TRAN Signed 18.2 AM97.1
Item Cost This is the item cost in transaction
Transaction Currency (asset) currency.

Item Tax This is the tax associated with the
Transaction Currency item in transaction (asset) currency.

Element: PO Code This is the purchase order code.

code.

Element: Activity Activities and cost object activities
are used synonymously in the Lawson
Activity Management system. Direct costs
are posted to activities, and indirect
costs are allocated to activities based
on activity drivers.
Activities are grouped or organized by
activity levels. There are two types of
activities: "posting allowed" and
"summary only." Use posting level
activities to budget and maintain all
posted transactions. Summary activities
or macro activities combine information
and balances from lower level activities
for reporting and inquiries.

costs, revenues, or a combination of
both used for reporting and inquiries
for activities in the Lawson Activity
Management system. All transactions are
posted to an account category within an
activity.

Element: Item Loc Dtl This field contains the location detail
assigned to the item.
ITC-BAR-CODE Alpha 30 AM97.1
Element: Bar Code This field contains the bar code
assigned to the item.
ITC-INV-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Inv Date This field contains the date of the last
inventory.
ITC-INV-TIME Numeric 6 (hhmmss)
Element: Inv Time This field contains the time of the last
inventory.
ITC-INV-ITEM-COND Alpha 1 AM97.1
Element: Inv Item Cond This field contains the assessed
condition of the item. Valid values
are:
G = Good
F = Fair
D = Damaged
