PA214 - Military Service Listing
**Form Purpose
Run Military Service Listing (PA214) to print a list of employees' military
service from PA14.1 (Military Service).
The list shows for each employee: draft status, highest rank attained,
whether the employee is a veteran, whether the employee is currently serving,
and military history.

EMPLOYEE - The Employee file is used to print employee data.
EMSTATUS - The Employee/Applicant Status file is used to verify employees
statuses.
HRSECLEV - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this report.
HRSUPER - The Supervisors file is accessed by this report.
MILITARY - The Military Service History file is the primary file printed
with this report.
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is used to print comment text.
PAEMPLOYEE - The Employee Personnel Information file is used to print
employee data.
PCODES - The Human Resource Code file is used to verify and print HR
codes.
PERSGROUP - The Employee Group Header file is used to verify the employee
group.
PGEMPLOYEE - The Employee Group Employees file is used to find the
employees included in an employee group.
