PA370 - Employee Review Document
**Form Purpose
Run Employee Review Document (PA370) to print a report of information for
employee reviews.
The list shows for each employee: current job code; pay rate; salary range,
percent of range and comparison figures; the last seven personnel actions; and
the last six wage changes.

and grade details.
