PA391 - EEO-4 Report
**Form Purpose
Run EEO-4 Report (PA391) to create the EEO-4 report for state and local
governments.
**More Information
You can run PA391 for up to 15 individual functional groups or all functional
groups combined.
The format of the report meets government guidelines as of the date of this
release.
PA391 selects employees to include in the report according to
- Employee FTE and/or employee status
- Hire and/or Adjusted Hire Date
- Jurisdiction
- Functional Group
You define a jurisdiction as a combination or process level, department
and/or location. You can create a report for only one jurisdiction at a time.
The report includes data for full time employees, other than full time
employees, and new employees.
PA391 also creates an exception report, which lists the employees who were
not included in the EEO-4 report.
