Use Leased Asset Book Analysis (AM91.1) to view leased and non-leased
asset book information by asset, in-service date, basis value, and book value.
For leased assets this form also displays the lease obligation amount and the
difference between the total asset value and the lease obligation.

AM91.2 - Leased Asset Book Totals
Use Leased Asset Book Totals (AM91.2) to view totals for the leased
asset book analysis online forms. Depending on the form from which it is
called,
the Total subform displays different information.
**Processing Effect
- If chosen on Leased Asset Book Analysis (AM91.1), the subform
displays total basis and book value amounts for the assets included in the
analysis.
- If chosen on Leased Asset Book Salvage Analysis (AM91.4),
the subform displays book basis, salvage value, and book value amounts for
the assets included in the analysis.
- If chosen on Leased Asset Book Depreciation Analysis (AM91.5),
the subform displays period, year-to-date, and life-to-date depreciation for
the assets included in the analysis.

Use Leased Asset Book Filter (AM91.3) to select parameters that limit
the number of assets displayed on Leased Asset Book Analysis (AM91.1), Leased
Asset Book Salvage Analysis (AM91.4), or Leased Asset Book Depreciation
Analysis
(AM91.5).
NOTE To enable the filter and have it impact the display, you must
select Y (Enabled) in the Enable Filter field. The default is no filter.
