PA27.1 - Contracts
Use Contracts (PA27.1) to define multiple contracts for one employee.
A contract defines an employee's term of work. Use contracts to track
temporary
employees, probationary periods, fixed term contracts and so on.
**More Information
A company can have contracts for all employees or only for employees
under special circumstances, such as those mentioned above.
You can have more than one contract with the same or overlapping date
ranges. For example, you can define the following contracts for an employee:
Contract A: Effective Date 6/01/00 End Date 12/31/00
Contract B: Effective Date 6/01/00 End Date 12/31/00
Contract C: Effective Date 10/01/00 End Date 11/01/00
After you add contracts for an employee you can use the contract type,
effective date, and end date to create reports in HR Writer.
