Performance Management Rating level

we have a requirement to change the default Rating level to 0 rather 1  . Is there a way we can do it. The reason we are doing this when we create the PDF file its so confusing because our points starts from 0-3 but the graph shows from 1-4.  I have attached screen shot   Any help would be appreciated

External HTML5 Employee Manager Self Service EMSS

HI, We currently have our HTML5 EMSS running on Citrix for both the internally and externally hosted sites.  We would like to have employees be able to load resumes to positions they are applying for on the external site.  Initial though was to remove Citrix and expose the HTML5 site.  Has anyone set this up  We are V10 and testing todate shows some of the paths to directories are built via javascript on the client side, making redirect at the firew...

Editing Job Posting Template Varibles

We are transferring from our previous job posting vendor to using Talent Management V10.1.1. When I use a variable in the job description template to post 'Education' or 'Summary'. I'd like to bold the header of 'Summary', but not the actual summary text. Also when posting the 'Education Specialization', the header is 'Education specialization', I'd like to capitalize the S in specialization. Any idea where I find where these variables are defined or if I need to do something special in the HTML...

Non-Employee Tracking

We have students and volunteers groups, some of which are also employees. Approval Actions via Email with Comment

During one of our action approvals, the final approval is by a budgeting team that does not utilize LTM as they are constantly on-the-go.  We have the action request approval go to their email and they can select approve or reject from their email.  Our dilemma is that if they reject from the email, they do not have the ability to comment as to why it is being rejected.  Does anyone have a similar situation with a workaround that allows for an approver to comment and take action f...

LTM indexes in general

Viewing this topic as a DBA, I notice that some LTM tables have many indexes.   EMPLOYEE has 78 for example.  That seems way to many from a performance perspective.  Anyone care to comment on that

Add the Address fields to Rehire form in LTM v11

Hello, I am trying to add the address fields to the rehire form in Landmark TM - our HR users want to be able to update an employee's address when submitting a rehire. When I try to update the configuration - I am not able to add the address fields. I have tried doing so via LPL and also the configuration console. I was at the TechEd conference last month and learned that this is a common complaint in the Landmark TM. Anyone have any idea how to do this Thanks!

Handle work email vs other emails

I am working on a project to sync the work emails between my LTM and S3 environments.  However, one problem I'm running into is that in LTM, there's no real way to determine which email is the work email versus any of the other emails unless you set the flag IsWorkEmail.  however I can find this flag in the background SQL database which is the tool I'm using to perform this sync.  Anyone have any methods to help identify work emails from all others and ways to access them directly...

ltm version 11 upgrade

Has anyone upgraded from landmark ltm version 10 to 11  We would just like to know if it is a smooth or painful transition.  We just found out that we have to be on 11 in order to go to the cloud.  Thank you!

GHR to WFM Interface

I have setup the interface configurations on LTM side and extracted the data(.csv file) by using WFM standard interface process flows. Then i had transferred all extracted csv file to WFM system. But i don't know what i should to next in order to import csv file to WFM system, Please some one help me  on this and share the related documents.
