We recently uploaded some pay increases in Global HR with Spreadsheet Designer but found out later that they were loaded with an incorrect comment. We have instructions on how to edit the audit log on individual employees but we have many employees with this issue. Does anyone know of a way to do a mass change on these comments In response to an incident we opened, Infor could not provide a solution.

Has anyone already taken the exam If so, can you share your experience and how the exam is graded If you fail, does the system generate the list of incorrect answers so you can review for a retake

Attempting to add a field (FTE) to the ChangeRelationshipToOrganization form.
The field and the correct data appears, but it is Read Only and cannot be edit. I want the field to be editable.
Note: this field is not a calculated/derived field.
I noticed a few other fields on this form ChangeRelationshipToOrganization like the Pay Rate are also not editable.
On the Work Assignment form I am able to edit all of the allowed fields, including FTE and Pay Rate.

We have a few employees who were accidentally deleted in the application. Can we just SQL set the delete flag to 0 to reverse that I noticed that their unique ID matches their delete flag value. So does that somehow prevent a reversal

I'm writing an LBI report to capture 'Annual Review Score', but not sure where is this stored in database. Infor says 'this is a derived field, which is not stored in a database table, it is calculated run time when referenced from LPL'. However, I can pull this field in Spreadsheet Designer.

Hello,
I am trying to add the address fields to the rehire form in Landmark TM - our HR users want to be able to update an employee's address when submitting a rehire.
When I try to update the configuration - I am not able to add the address fields. I have tried doing so via LPL and also the configuration console.
I was at the TechEd conference last month and learned that this is a common complaint in the Landmark TM.
Anyone have any idea how to do this

We are testing LTM V11 CU17 and have found that when we add or change a supervisor a 'rebuild reporting relationship' kicks off wiping out the managers mystaff. This job takes about three hours to run so there are managers that may not see MyStaff or only see part of Mystaff during this update. Lawson did update the security and is why this is happening now. We're now 10 weeks from go-live on GHR and TA. I'm so ready to get there!
We have started developing a go-live and post-go-live plan, thinking through having 'boots on the ground' in our different facilities, as well as a 'command center' for addressing and tracking issues.
I would be very interested in other client experiences with go-live and post-go-live, and any suggestions on how to do it differently/better would be great. Would you mind sharing

LTM 10 - I have secured the OfferDeadlineDate on the JobApplication BC. It is not appearing in Lists for the TAHiringManager Role, but it is still appearing on the Define Offer (OfferParameter Form). How do I prevent the HiringManager (only) from being able to update this. I need to have the Recruiter Role still update this field.
I don't want the Hiring Manger to see the field, but do want want the Recruiter to do this.

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to use LPL to trim spaces out of a form field, or if LPL has some kind of an equivalent to regex functions to alter text in the form field.
Our issue is that applicants will put spaces in their name before or after.. and sometimes even in the middle... and no fields trim these spaces by default. Then when they go through the application process it can be nearly impossible to find them in candidate pool due to the strange way it searches ...

eg- When we select a record in Field A, Filed B should load the relevant data for the selected record in Field A (both fields are dropdowns & in same form)

Hi,
We currently use S3 for Payroll/Benefits (S3 Environment - 9.0.1.7, Core S3 Applications 9.0.1.5) and LTM (LTM 3.4.2) for Global HR/Recruiting
We have had issues with LTM with unicode characters in Candidate Space (not in Manager Space), specifically apostrophe and quotation marks when a candidate cuts and pastes their resume from word
Our services provider (velocity) is currently in touch with Infor to determine what, if any, can be done to resolve this issue

Does anyone have experience deploying Special Incentive in LTM 10 Compensation Management
I wonder if the process has some bugs.
when Manager makes a Request Special Incentive for a staff. It appears OK, but Work Unit erred out in:
Service: RequestSpecIncen that invokes Process: AwardApprFocal. Some data were not passed to process or wrong data passed (i.e. the Employee ID of the staff was passed, when the ID (derived from Actor) was not. Results in Supervisor not found.

LSD upload for Supervisor Business Class 1601 0

Hi all, I am using Lawson Spreadsheet Designer to do an initial load of data into our prod environment. When trying to load supervisors to the Supervisor Business class, i get an error ' Manager chart does not exist - please run generate manager org chart records action from data load menu'. I have tried running that (nothing seems to happen). Still can not load.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hello Colleagues, we are on LTM version 10.1.0. I would like to make a config change so that users who have the RecruiterLite role will no longer see the Candidate icon when they go into Recruiter Space (that is, when they click on the recruiter springboard from their desktop). They should still be able to see the other icons (such as 'Today', 'Requisitions', etc). Any ideas how to do this

Our company had just implemented Lawson, and it changed how we process terminations. Here is our current process:
1. We enter the last day worked as the effective termination pending date
2. Once an employee is terminated we wait for 3 weeks and change their status to inactive using the last day they received a paycheck as the effective date.
We are not sure what date to use for the termination date on the LT...

I know LTM looks a lot like LSO, but is not written in .net like LSO. Since it is not written in the same manner, does anyone know if there is a url to a web side of LTM If I am understanding this correctly, if a company were to utilize LTM as a replacement for the front end of Lawson for ESS users, and a pc could not handle any installations that there should be a web portion of the application. Maybe I am wrong, any help would be appreciated into understanding the product.

It appears that by default Lawson will not allow an individual to set their own security proxy. This makes sense perhaps for most approvers, but Directors, Dept. Heads, etc. should be able to easily set their proxy before they go on vacation without requesting Finance or IT to do it for them within the process flow.

We are implementing the LTM. One of my coworker accidentally deleted the top level supervisor- CEO and President by using the current date as effective date. Is there anyway that we can restore the supervisor role or we have to create another one with the different effective date thanks.
BTW, this is in test survey. I just wonder how people handle this kind of situation in LTM.
