We're planning a go-live with LTM/HR on Landmark and a lot of people in my organization are wondering what others are doing for their end-user (employee) UI. We have EMSS on S3 and ES/MS on LTM but Infor has also told us of an HTML5 solution ... but even keeping within what we currently have, there seem to be a lot of options on this (EMSS, ES, ES via Ming.le, etc). I am working on a project to sync the work emails between my LTM and S3 environments. However, one problem I'm running into is that in LTM, there's no real way to determine which email is the work email versus any of the other emails unless you set the flag IsWorkEmail. however I can find this flag in the background SQL database which is the tool I'm using to perform this sync. Anyone have any methods to help identify work emails from all others and ways to access them directly...

Is there a good way to dump the data from LPMH tables We are moving to another system and our HR department can only see bringing up each job description one by one and exporting the text for each. We have about 1800 and would rather just dump them. If MS Addins could access the tables this would be easy but LMPH is hosted for us. Is there a solution to this We have to get it done one way or another before our licensing expires in a couple of months.

We are testing LTM V11 CU17 and have found that when we add or change a supervisor a 'rebuild reporting relationship' kicks off wiping out the managers mystaff. This job takes about three hours to run so there are managers that may not see MyStaff or only see part of Mystaff during this update. Lawson did update the security and is why this is happening now. we are facing heavy performance issues in LTM (Landmark) and we are live only for 1 and half years now and we have a maximum of 3000 employees in the system.

We're now 10 weeks from go-live on GHR and TA. I'm so ready to get there!
We have started developing a go-live and post-go-live plan, thinking through having 'boots on the ground' in our different facilities, as well as a 'command center' for addressing and tracking issues.

Does anyone have a way to hide the 'Create Reports' feature that shows in Manager and Employee Self Service. We encountered this while testing Landmark Cu36 and do not want all employees to have the ability to create reports. Based on feedback via our ticket with Infor, hiding this menu item is an enhancement request. Has anyone found any other way to make this functionality unavailable

Hello,
I am trying to add the address fields to the rehire form in Landmark TM - our HR users want to be able to update an employee's address when submitting a rehire.
When I try to update the configuration - I am not able to add the address fields. I have tried doing so via LPL and also the configuration console.
I was at the TechEd conference last month and learned that this is a common complaint in the Landmark TM.
Anyone have any idea how to do this

we have a requirement to change the default Rating level to 0 rather 1 . Is there a way we can do it. The reason we are doing this when we create the PDF file its so confusing because our points starts from 0-3 but the graph shows from 1-4.

I'm basically trying to automate adding a work email address to employee records (for new hires). I can add an email address record for the employee using IPA and a Landmark Transaction node. I'm able to update other elements as needed. However, I can't seem to change the value for 'Use for Work'. Reverse Delete on Employee record?

We have a few employees who were accidentally deleted in the application. Can we just SQL set the delete flag to 0 to reverse that I noticed that their unique ID matches their delete flag value. So does that somehow prevent a reversal
At this point I am less concerned about the related child tables, which can be reentered. But if they affect the outcome please let me know.

We are looking to mass upload new hires into GHR. Has anyone done this I am thinking we need to create a process flow to upload from files submitted to us. Probably should have separate files for Employee, EmployeeContact, EmployeeAddress, WorkAssignment. I'm writing an LBI report to capture 'Annual Review Score', but not sure where is this stored in database. Infor says 'this is a derived field, which is not stored in a database table, it is calculated run time when referenced from LPL'. However, I can pull this field in Spreadsheet Designer.

Attempting to add a field (FTE) to the ChangeRelationshipToOrganization form.
The field and the correct data appears, but it is Read Only and cannot be edit. I want the field to be editable.
Note: this field is not a calculated/derived field.
I noticed a few other fields on this form ChangeRelationshipToOrganization like the Pay Rate are also not editable.
On the Work Assignment form I am able to edit all of the allowed fields, including FTE and Pay Rate.

We recently uploaded some pay increases in Global HR with Spreadsheet Designer but found out later that they were loaded with an incorrect comment. We have instructions on how to edit the audit log on individual employees but we have many employees with this issue. Does anyone know of a way to do a mass change on these comments In response to an incident we opened, Infor could not provide a solution.

We are using the GHR Cloud application ( Infor Global HR). We are using the standard "Admin_ST" role which has a lot more accessible than it should.
We are trying to hide the entire section of "Provisioning" in the Hire a resource form. we will make a copy of the role and then modify it.

We have user fields and can see the data via SQL. What we need to know is how to now find out how to link that data to the employee it is tied to. The UNIQUEID in the USERFIELD_STORAGE table doesn&39;t match the same field in the EMPLOYEE table which means there must be a cross reference table somewhere. Thanks in advance.

In S3 we have work assignments that have a 0 FTE such as Substitute Teachers or Extra Duty assignments and do not count toward and employee&39;s benefits. Now that we&39;re moving over to GHR we&39;re finding that FTE is required on every assignment if a payrate is part of a work assignment.
