We are trying to avoid doing 941x for payroll payment void/reissues that relate to prior quarter. A suggestion was made to create a deduction where we credit the net amount for the employee and create the payment on the pr80.  The printed check would have just the net amount - taxes aren't affected.  This works great.  The question I have is what to do if anything with the overstated net amount in the payroll history  We use ADP and are charged for the 941x's.  We could send 'amendment data' t...

We are trying to implement the NACHA IAT format for a few employees.  PR160 accomodates this by supplying two files, ACH and IAT, both with all employees included.  We do not want to send the IAT format to the bank for all employees because it costs significantly more to process an IAT file with the extra addenda records.  Has anyone figured out how to produce the ACH output with TAPE-IAT format for some employees and the regular TAPE format for the rest

I read an article on mylawson.com that said if we try to use PR189 for a bonus payment that any percentage based 403(b) deductions won't be taken and that we have to use PR89 instead and then enter the time records manually. I just want to make sure before we do this that there is no other way to make PR189 work. I am testing PR86 and see my check numbers on the PR162 and that's about it.  I understand this process is a void and reissue so nothing needs to be recalculated via a PR140 and the check does not get fed to the PR917, however, what about the check print itself  I noticed the check numbers do not appear on my PR180.
