Hi, Can anyone please confirm how to verify all the changes made in Lawson for an employee directly in Lawson Screen such as PR13, PR14, Payments, Benefits. Such as I can run HR105 to check all the changes made in HR11 screen or PR212 to check changes made in PR12 screen. Is there any report to check all the changes made for an employee. When first implementing Lawson we experienced a duplicate entry. (long before I arrived) It is only one record and we have ways around it but I cannot find a way to merge the records. There are personnel actions on the first record I do not want to lose. Any suggestions

We are rolling out additional functionality to the PA community locally; however, we do not wish to allow 'Delete' functionality within the PA22 FC Pairs except to a very select few users. We are considering using the HR related security (codes 1 through 9) on the form - requireing that the 'delete' functionality be available only to those select folks in our HR office. For 2011 our company is offering a new Short Term Disability (STD) benefit. The company will pay the premiums for 40 of an employees wages up to $750/week. We have one main company with non independent process levels and independent process levels under it. As of the new year two of the independent p/l's need to be merged in with the non independent process levels. Currently these two p/l's are cutting checks from two seperate bank accounts, as of the new year they need to be cutting checks from the same bank as the non independent p/l's. I have updated 5 fields on PA02 - annual hours, security location, security level, shift, pay frequency. I then open a req on PA42 and click fill defaults. Shift (the only one of the things I updated on PA02) does not fill in. On PA52.4 I'll select an applicant, move them to a pre-hire status, enter the requisition number and an effective date - click fill defaults and I still have to fill in everything. We are looking at how we can track incidents in Lawson when we do not have Absence Management module. Is there a way that we can somehow use a paycode to track when the paycode SKPD (Sick paid) is the first day of an incident Right now we run a query on the SKPD pay code and then have to manually count the incidents (monday, tuesday and wednesday are 3 days but its only counted as 1 incident. We are attempting to go forward with e-mailing information to all of our employees. We have populated Lawson e-mail field with an address. However, we are running into difficulty with space in Outlook to send a house-wide message. We want the distribution list such that the receiving employee sees only their name.
