We just upgraded to Lawson 9.0.1 from 9.0.0. We have a custom Crystal Report that's been running daily out of Reporting Services to a printer. The printer is really a folder for report 2 web. After the go live we noticed the report was not getting sent to the 'printer'/folder. i'm new to crystal and LBI....from initial testing, it seems we only get static data when we run our Crystal Reports. It's my understanding we can schedule times to refresh the data which is nice, but i am looking for a way for our users to get up-to-date data on these reports when they open them. We have created a reporting dashboard for our leadership to roll out monthly reports. The dashboard is updated when the new month is complete/run. Under LBI the admins can get to the 'historical' instances but we are not clear on how to allow the end users with limited rights access to the past reports. Hello, A user has accidentally unsubscribed to a scheduled report (by clicking on the Unsubscribe Link). Strangely, we're unable to resubscribe her. Some notes: despite clicking on the link, her name still appears as on the distribution list in the Schedule Options-->Report Users list. I'm running Crystal XI and exporting (data only) to Excel 2010 but when the number of records exceeds 65,536 the report gets broken up into multiple sheets. I have to How can I overcome this I'm thinking it's hard coded into Crystal XI and I may need to upgrade to a newer version.

My LBI report is reading from a Crystal report. The Crystal Report displays the information just fine...There are columns that contain paragraphs of text. When I run this report in LBI it only returns the first two letters of the paragraph. Hello group, I published a Crystal Report in LBI and am trying to burst it by 'Location.' I have outlined in the attached document, screen shots of the steps taken in publishing this report in LBI.
