AM120 - Asset Book Copy

This program copies all asset book information as it currently exists at the
time of running this program from one company to another company or company
group for a new asset book. This program does not overwrite any assets that
already exist in the new asset book.


Updated Files

    AMASTBOOK  - Primary file updated. Used to store the asset book records
                 that are used to depreciate assets.

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart purposes.


Referenced Files

    AMASSET    - Accessed to determine which assets to copy to the new book,
                 based on selection parameters.

    AMASTTYPE  - Used to validate the asset type.

    AMBOOK     - Used to validate and retrieve book information. Used to store
                 the asset book records that are used to depreciate assets.

    AMCALENDAR - Used to validate and retrieve calendar information. Used to
                 store calendar records that asset books use for calculating
                 depreciation, replacement cost, and insurance values, and for
                 reporting date ranges.

    AMMETHOD   - Used to validate the method.

    GLADDRESS  - Used by a common library, not by this program.

    GLCGCPY    - Used to validate the company group.

    GLCHART    - Used by a common library, not by this program.

    GLSYSTEM   - Used to validate the company.
