The Company Setup Listing prints the following kinds of setup information:

Account groups
Types
Accounting unit groups
Calendars

Any combination of the above selections can be processed at one time.

Referenced Files

    AMACCOUNT  - Used to retrieve account information. Used to store the
                 general ledger accounts that are used to create journal entries
                 when assets are processed (added, adjusted, transferred, and
                 disposed of) for an account group or for an asset type.

    AMACCTGRP  - Used to retrieve account group information. Used to store
                 account group records, which represent the general ledger
                 accounts to use to create journal entries when assets are
                 processed (added, adjusted, transferred, and disposed of).

    AMASTTYPE  - Used to retrieve asset type and subtype information. Used to
                 store asset types and subtypes, which represent groupings of
                 like assets that can be used for reporting and defaulting
                 common asset definition data.

    AMAUGROUP  - Used to retrieve and validate accounting unit groups by use of
                 a common library.

    AMBOOK     - Used to retrieve book information like currency code.

    AMCALENDAR - Used to retrieve calendar information. Used to store calendar
                 records that asset books use for calculating depreciation,
                 replacement cost and insurance values, and for reporting date
                 ranges.

    AMCONTROL  - Used to verify whether a company is used in the Asset
                 Management system.

    GLADDRESS  - Used by a common library, not by this program.

    GLCGCPY    - Used to validate the company group.

    GLCHART    - Used by a common library, not by this program.

    GLSYSTEM   - Used to verify the company.
