AM225 - Adjustment Report

The Adjustment Report displays assets adjusted during a specified adjustment
date range or all recent adjustments not yet updated. All asset, item, and
book adjustments are displayed.


Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart purposes.

    MXLISTHDR  - Used to validate attribute list header information.

    MXLISTMBR  - Used to validate and retrieve attribute list information.


Referenced Files

    AMASSET    - Used to retrieve asset information for the specified
                 parameters. Used to store asset records. This file also
                 contains many of the selection and sorting fields that are used
                 for reporting.

    AMASSETADJ - Used to retrieve asset adjustment records for the specified
                 parameters. This audit file stores records of changes that are
                 made to Asset file records.

    AMASTBKADJ - Used to retrieve asset book adjustment information. Used to
                 store records of changes that are made to Asset Book file
                 records.

    AMASTBOOK  - Used to retrieve asset book information. Used to store the
                 asset book records that are used to depreciate assets.

    AMASTCOMM  - Used to retrieve asset comments. Used to store asset comments
                 defined in AM50.1 (Comments).

    AMASTITADJ - Used to retrieve asset item adjustment information. This audit
                 file stores records of changes that are made to Asset Item file
                 records.

    AMASTITEM  - Used to retrieve asset item information. Used to store asset
                 item records. Each Asset Item file record has one related
                 record in the Asset file.

    AMASTMXVAL - Used to retrieve asset attribute values.

    AMBOOK     - Used to validate and retrieve book information. Used to store
                 the asset book records that are used to depreciate assets.

    GLCGCPY    - Used to validate the company group.
