AP04.1 - Pay Group Security Use AP04.1 (Pay Group Security) to define optional user classes. A user class represents a group of accounts payable system users. You can assign a user class to a pay group in AP01.1 (Pay Group) to restrict access to programs that update pay group information. To assign users to a user class, choose the Users button to open the Pay Group Users subform. Updated Files APUSER - Validates user can access pay group.
