AR04.1 - Cycle Codes

Use AR04.1 (Cycle Codes) to define and maintain processing cycle codes. There
are three types of cycle codes; statement cycle codes, finance charge cycle
codes, and dunning notice cycle codes.

Statement cycle codes let you control customer selection and run frequency
when you print statements in AR150 (Statement Print).

Finance charge cycle codes let you control customer selection and run
frequency when you generate finance charges in AR137 (Finance Charge Late
Payment).

Dunning notice cycle codes let you control customer selection and run
frequency when you generate dunning notices in AR160 (Dunning Letter Select).

    ARCYCLE    - Primary file maintained by program.

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart purposes.


Referenced Files

    ARCOMP     - Validates company.

    ARCUSTOMER - Cannot delete cycle code if used by customers.

    CUSTDEFLTS - Cannot delete cycle code if used by default code.
